Do smallholder farmers benefit from sustainability standards? A systematic review and meta-analysis

This systematic review studies the economic impacts of sustainability certification on price, sales, yields, costs and income of smallholder farmers in developing countries. It draws on 1143 results from 97 original studies to understand the difference between certified and non-certified smallholders across a range of products and geographies.
