 
						This paper presents a project's profile that aims to contribute to the sustainable development of the coffee value chain in Honduras, by improving post-harvest handling and domestic marketing of the product while preserving its quality. It focuses on six coffee-producing regions in the country and has three components: Expansion of infrastructure and innovation in post-harvest management, Modernization and support for coffee marketing management, and Strengthening of technical and managerial innovation capacities of the chain.
